Love This /MARIEL MANUEL IN COLLABORATION WITH WEEKDAY
Mariel Manuel is a 2010 MA graduate from the prominent Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. From an early age she travelled the world with her family. Travels that inspired the fascinating fashion fairytales depicted in her many sketch books. In collaboration with Weekday Mariel Manuel presents 'Deep into the woods', an extraordinary collection inspired by people that reject society and prefer a life in the wild nature.
Demanding but endlessly creative. The Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts is one of the world’s leading incubators for design talents. This year’s graduates include Cédric Jacquemyn, Mariel Manuel and Matthieu Thouvenot. In collaboration with Weekday each of them has created a collection that defines their own expression. You’ll find the collections in all Weekday stores by 01 October.
